June 29- Arrived at the Olympic Training Center for Camp 1
June 30- Starts practice-usually two a day: one group A.M.session & one evening individual session. Also afternoon video review sessions with coaches. Schedule may vary.
July 13- First session at the Olympic Training Center ends for a break
July 14-20- Probable Team bonding excursion in Colorado (possibly rafting) Cross training
July 21-Aug. 2- Second training camp at the Olympic Training Center
Aug. 3- Ali leaves for San Francisco for mandatory Athlete Ambassador seminar and Team Processing for Beijing. (They receive their credentials and Olympic gear at this time)
Aug. 5- Women's Wrestling Team departs for Beijing
Aug. 7- Olympic Press Conference
Aug. 8- Olympic Opening Ceremomy
Aug 9-14- Acclimate to Beijing-Daily work-outs and training
Aug 16 (Sat.) Ali has medical check and weighs in. Womens weight classes 48kg & 55kg compete
AUG 17 (Sun.) ALI COMPETES (72KG) as does the 63 kg. weight class
(COMPETITION BEGINS AND ENDS ON THE SAME DAY)
Aug 19- Depart Beijing for home
